Milk Thistle

Hello guys, I have confusion reading the package on Bio-Life Milk Thistle & Dandelion.

It is written that:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One tablet contains:
|
|
Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) dried fruit, equiv (as Milk Thistle fruit extract 42.86mg) | 3000mg
|
|
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) dried root, equiv (as Dandelion root extract 75.00mg) | 300mg
|
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Directions for use if one tablet 3 times daily with food.

So I should say it is 3000mg milk thistle per tablet or 42.86mg milk thistle per tablet?

For your information, I treated my liver really bad before this by eating a lot of oily, tasty food, without exercises, everyday allowing myself sitting in front of computer to do my own project, then rushed for my assignments, then back to my little hobbies, everyday having fun and feel lit up for my stuff and deal with student life, and now I am feeling the consequences. I started to become sensitive towards seafood, increased tiredness, always feel itichiness over the body (mild but annoying), and medical lab tech friends told me something in my body had go unbalanced, recommending me finding it on my own.

So I think most probably is my liver though, it was quite obvious since i practiced a unhealthy lifestyle. At the moment I am trying to prevent further liver damage or other damage, I am trying to seek help to look at the stuff that I am going to take. So far, there is no serious problem come up yet so finding a doctor is...... obviously not the top choice for me.

Pls help me, I find that milk thistle is good for a number of organ in body but not sure the dosage stuff.
Oh oh oh oh my body is sobbing coz i treated her bad. Oh oh oh.

Garlic and menstruation

So the thing is like this, last month i start to add a head of garlic into my rice cooker as my meal, ya, almost everyday of the month, but hell, my menstruation delays 30 days already for the first time. Is this because of the garlic? So sad if it is, i love garlic. And any ways to solve my current problem? Boil Red dates with eggs and ginger as breakfast? (What i googled)

Newbie To Uni

Hello to whoever comes to here, thank you!

First of all, I had survived my exciting STPM adventure, and I am going to pursue my blah blah unknown course in one of the government university.

Can anyone here help me by giving me some figure or guideline on what should I pay on the first month when entering university?

If can... I hope anyone of you here can give me the average prices for each of the payment... If the average could be done...

Like... Registration fee? First sem tuition fee? Hostel fee? Blah blah service fee?

^ For the sentence above, if you don't get what I am saying, maybe you know how newbie I am. Lol.

Just hoping someone can give me the figure of what should I pay, as my family background isn't so nice to prepare for the first month, so I have to know and to prepare really well earlier.

Thanks for reading everyone.

Extra info (I added this, thinking of it might be useful for readers, or if there's any wrong, please correct for me too... ):
1. I was hoping to pursue Bachelor of Science (Bio as main) (Education) in USM, Bachelor of Education (English as second language) in UM.
2. ^ If I can't get those... Maybe other course about education... (Teacher)
3. ^ If still... Ok, probably something about biology, doing sth in lab or blah.
4. ^ If still... Hmmm, I will cry as a (>3.50) student. -____-"
Becoming a teacher after STPM

1. In order to become a Chem/Bio/Add Math teacher of secondary school, one must be a graduate of undergraduates ? ( must be something like Bachelor of education or just any courses that is unrelated to education but related to those subjects?)

2. Then, is there any place for me to study for that in Sarawak after STPM to become either Bio/Chem/Add math teachers? I'm screwed when searching online. Some website buffers slower than a snail.

(Btw, don't ask why I'm only asking for Sarawak.. I knew UPSI is a nice place.. I have my reasons.. And I'm just gathering info and finding answers that I don't know. )

If you found out there're a lot misconception in my mind, please correct me..

Thanks for reading a post from another pathetic student.
