My Lenovo Y400 keyboard is automatically turn on the light once I turn on my laptop, I tried Fn+Spacebar but doesnt working. Any solution?

My laptop C drive is Win7 & D drive is Win8. Now Im using Win7 automatically once I turn on my laptop. How should I do to turn on my Win8?

I currently formatted my external hdd (by force) after unable to open. So I decided to format it and recover it. I tried alot of Recovery Software but it only able to check my document and software in my external HDD, but not recover it.
