Airline charge baggage overweight, why they do not charge if the person are overweight? If unfair for normal weight person, who sitting beside is fat ass occupying 1 and half of the seat.. might as well causing the flight overweught which might bring risk to the plane..

How do you calculate if the person are overweight? Can do it by using BMI calculation.. go google search if u dont know..

Damn piss off those irresponsible smart tag user who didnt check their smart tag in advance, where they have no battery or whatsoever reason, always make the smart tag lane jam.. making other user behind have to reverse and causing massive jam in smart tag lane. Beside that, it danger-ing other road user as well..

Plus company should fine those irresponsible smart tag user with some amount of money before opening the gate for them..

Check property under leasehold or freehold?

Dear all taikor,

I have interest in one the subsale property in klang valley area, I met several agent there, most of the agent told me the property is freehold but there are 1 agent told me is leasehold. The agent claimed that he has seen the SnP agreement and it stated leasehold..

Leasehold or freehold do affect my decision to buy the unit or not. I have some question here hopefully sifu here can help me to answer.

1. I looking for long term investment, how does leasehold will affect it?
2. How to check the property is freehold or leasehold? Can I check myself other than rely on what agent tell me (before i see the SnP myself)?
3. Is there any possible within the same apartment, there is certain block is leasehold and some are freehold?

Ytd I was having supper in mamak, opposite there was a 2-storey old shoplot.

There was a man and a lady coming down together from 2nd floor (it is a saloon), initially I thought they are couple who staying upper floor. The man (ah beng, age around 30) locking the door, while the lady (look like philipina, age around 20-25) standing aside..

After he lock the door, the man leave the area leaving behind the lady, with no eye contact or any interaction.. The lady keep standung there, both hand holding her tummy look like sufferin pain.. I guess must be the man poke her hard that time..

Few minute later, a viva came and pick her up.

- within 2 hours drive within klang valley
- not too "tire" trip. We have baby and oldfolks on board
- not too expensive, probably around rm100 per person
- estimate around 10 pax

Some refrences..
- sekeping serendah (expesnive)
- sepang golden palm (expensive)

I start with mine..

I am single, middle income range (not more than 4k).. No property loan yet, driving old finish installment vehicle..

Basic Commitment.. (From top to bottom, the top one is highest commitment of mine)
- Share loan installment of newly bought shop with sibling..
- Pay for house utility/parent..
- Insurance cost around rm400 per month..
- Daily usage (2 meals per day)..
- Entertainment (very less)..
- Gadget once in a while..

I manage to save up 40-60% of my basic salary every month..
From the salary I have and compare to the commitment I have, I dont really know how can I save up around 50% or my salary everymonth..

I would like to share my saving plan.. Every month I got salary, I will allocate a budget to the 1st 3 commitment (shop instalment, house utility, Insurance), then I save up most of the money.. As for daily usage and entertainment, I will make sure the money I left enough me to survive that month..

My plan is save up enough down payment, wait for property bubble then start to grab property like no tomorrow..

Inb4, tak kesah..

It happen out of sudden.

I watching video with my phone, it play for few seconds then the picture hang awhile but the sound continue. Then the picture back to ok.. End up the sound come faster then the picture show in the entire video..

It happen to all the video i played in FB and youtube apps.. I try update the apps but issue remain.. The video in my local phone have no issue..

Tried wifi or 3g also same..
Rebooted phone same problem..

Phone system running ok, no lag at all.. even when the picture hang, phone also no lag..

My phone is note3..

Anyone encounter this b4?

My dad told me, his friend is a early market stall owner in selayang pasar..

1 day, while he was driving, his car kena bang by a motorcyclist who is bangladesh.. His car was not moving that time, appearently, it is the bangladesh fault. Somemore the bangladesh have no permit..

He then go report police hoping that police can do something. Who know, the police advise him to compensate the bangladesh reason is he is the stall owner there and if he don wan any problem from the banggla, better he compensate the banggla..

The banglla demand rm10k, banggla also bring his banggla gang taikor to talk to my dad friend.. end up rm5k compensate to bangla..

I didnt know Malaysia already until this stage, police afraid of bangladesh, banggla even have gang member here and bully our own people here..

Heard that selayang already flood with bangladesh, anyone live there can give some input?

My car kena bang by this aunt, after we report police, then tow to workshop to fix my car..

Aunt at first said will 0fork out money herself to fix my car cause don want deduct her ncb.. then the amount might be too big, so I check with aunt car insurance only realise her insurance expire..

Then aunt said how about claim my own insurance, then shw compensate me with 1 amount which included the ncb i loss..

My question is, if i don wan to claim my own insurance, can I sue the aunt, what i will get after i successfully sue her..

Or i can threaten her to compensate me a big amount of money, else i will sue her?

Looking for supplementary..
