Hi all,

I would want to setup a foreign trading account preferably to trade in the US stock market. I have been quite a profitable trader for years and overall in Bursa Malaysia. I believe it's time for me to venture out. I'm talking about physical shares and not other financial instruments such as CFD's etc.

Hence I would love some suggestions about which broker should I choose based on the following criteria:
1) Low brokerage fee
2) Easy to setup and convenient for settlement
3) Withdrawals and deposits are easy and the profits could be easily remitted back and convertible instantly to cash (liquid)
4) Trading platform is user friendly.

Are there any local brokers from those who are very experienced in trading in the US stock market that it would be a good one?

Issues with tenants paying late? How to ensure a bad tenant being remove rather than keep not paying?
Hassle with going to your property to pick up and do all the admin stuffs ie. Paying DBKL, bills, maintenance bill etc?
Do your tenant actually live responsibly in your unit? Ie cleaning the place at a regular basis and not destroying your rental place?
Repairs and verification needed in the case your tenants complain about issues?
If you're staying in another state and your property is in KL who's going to look after it? And how sure everything is in order?
