Reason for sale: Company provided me KLCC season parking start from next month.

Benefit:-
- Avenue K season parking been full since 1 n half years ago and they don't accept waiting list anymore.
- it's a long term investment as there is no other season park can walk underoof to KLCC.
- Certain parker actually renting RM350 to RM380 from season card holder.
- Easy access to LRT incase you need.
- You may shop at Avenue K after working hours.
- Don't need worry about rain or flood as it's indoor.
- Car will be well protected as every floors have its' guard.

Current price is RM290 per month, which they just increased 2 months ago and i don't think they dare to increase again as KLCC charged RM270.
But as we all know KLCC parking cost few thousand now and name is confirmed not transferable.
