KLCC Condo The Avare Vs The Oval

I would like to purchase the property within KLCC area for own use, preferably got potential investment value

However, I figured out the there's 2 condo named Oval and Avare, they are all 3800 sqf but price per sqf of The Avare is lower for around 36%

As checked in google, I only found that there's workmanship issue in the Avare in 2007 and those owner was filed to lawsuit case in regards to the defect

Is there any other insight why the price got so big difference ?

Cooperate Bank account

I have some questions regarding opening the new cooperate bank account

We have 4 directors and the percentage of the share of the company is

Director A and B and C =33%
Director D = 1%

1) could we open the cooperate bank account but not authorize Director D( Share= 1% ) to sign any bank documents including cheque ?
2) Could we open the cooperate bank account with Director A, B and C only ? ( Without Director D )

Getha Mattress - P2014

Does anyone know about the Getha P-2014?
I did see this mattress in the Mattress Fair at KLCC, but the thing is
I am unable to find this model even in the Getha official website, only can found this at their facebook. It seems very mystery as it does not state also P-2014 function, instead, it just mentions that comes with 9 freebies...........
Is this model not yet official launched ?? is it worth to buy????
