Im having a dilemma on which to choose, perhaps listening to some advice from sifus here would help.

Im currently working for a China company and base in their HQ in China. But due to COVID, Im stuck here since CNY as both countries temporary close border. During this period, Im on a work from home basis. Although work hours and work load remains, the Company finds excuses in cutting my work days, and asked me to apply unpaid leave. The worst Ive encountered is that they asked me to apply unpaid leave for 18 out of 20 work days. In addition, the Company performance is badly affected by the pandemic, thus starting to asking non-sales stuff to hit sales target by mandatory buying company products, which cost few hundreds a month. Also due to bad performance, HR is finding alot of excuses in penalising employee (deduct salary), very tight KPI, negative and demotivating working culture. The good side is that this job provides free hostel, good colleagues (but not the S.mgmt) and hardly OT, thus I've time to study for my Master (part-time basis), have work life balance, plus I still want to continue to work in China and is currently looking for a job in China although to no avail atm.

Recently, i've got an offer by a local company. The job is very interesting and promising, moreover it is a Management role. The experience here would definitely adds value to my future career. Also, as per what they claimed, the working culture there is good, colleagues are helpful and like family. However, the concerns are that this job has high workloads, super tight deadlines, often works late and over the weekend (may deterioriate my health), which will affect my study for Master, have high sales target to meet. In addition, the salary and benefits are way below with my current earnings, also i need to pay rental which costs about 900/month for staying nearby. Also, if i work here, i am at risk of losing all my stuff kept in the hostel, including my all my certs, in China as they may dispose them and make way for others to stay. Beyond that, working here means that I need to leave China and terminate my working permit, not sure whether it will affect my future application if have chance to return to China, im afraid that the Chinese govn will not approve cause I only work for this company for less than a year only (viewed as not serious foreign workers).

Being in my position, which one would you choose?

Hi

Anyone know how to do settings in order to view the attachment of a digitally-signed email? Recently, I received emails from banks, although the content stated to refer "Attachment", I found no attachment. I have called up the bank and they did provide guideline to that. But it was not helpful at all. I use chrome to login my hotmail account. Many thanks.
