ADIDAS MY messed up

Hi there, hope someone here can help advise:

(Situation)
- Made order A on Adidas Malaysia website during the 3 Stripes sale last Friday (29 May)
- Few mins later, order shown in website as CANCELLED
- Made order B with same item, order confirmed
- Reached out to Adidas MY on FB messenger (their only CS channel now) to cancel order A, they admit cancelled due to website error say will tell warehouse not to proceed
- Today (1 June) transaction on Order A confirmed on credit card and checked back with Adidas MY FB messenger, they said they are still processing order A
- I have replied to them to not proceed with Order A, but no reply so far

(Help needed)
- What can I do to escalate this matter? Not sure where else to contact other than FB messenger

Hi mod,

Lots of /k users like to share unsavoury / gore news e.g. news on rape, accident etc. These will pop up on latest threads and active threads columns on front page

Can I request a feature to block keywords and/or user to filter out threads and annoying OPs?

As per title, I'm starting work at the CIMB HQ soon, the one next to Sogo. Where's the cheapest place to park nearby and what's the rate? Tq for your time~
