I need help here.
Do anyone here know a method to complaint on new housing area which is not getting any Internet services?
I tried to register to TM and other Telco, but till now there is no services to the area.
Have move in for 5 months since then.

anyone here start paying back PTPTN using FPX system??

out of curiosity, i paid RM100 to my PTPTN through FPX system..

RM100.50 is deducted from my MBB account due to RM0.50 charge for FPX system..

but my outstanding balance still remain unchanged on PTPTN website..

i wonder, the PTPTN website update freaking slow (maybe few working days)..

or they didn't count in my money..

I can't check the Outstanding Balance and Statement Balance as it always written them RM0.00.

Is it because I'm the sub card that I can't view it?

Recently have been crazy about owning a Ultrabook. Go through all the model. And found that HP Envy Spectra XT seem not bad. Any comment on this? Is it reliable? Will 13 inch creating trouble if use for work? Advice advice...

My First Biggest Mistake Ever Made

It was my first time handling whole team task. I wanted to make it the best in my time. I never complain on the work load. All I want to do is to perform my very best. Apparently there are a few unsolved issues for me to handle at the same time. Due to lack of experience, all I have to do is to Google and ask. But I can’t rely on them all the time; I got to do something with my own knowledge. This time, I was trying to troubleshoot some routing issue of certain case. I have been checking the NAT rules; I have been going through the configuration for over and over. So I did my silly mistake here. By trying to add in a static route, I messed up the whole network and causes failure for all the affected subnet. Although, I managed to revert back but it seem some configuration is still messed up. Finally the issue is solved by my boss. He was kind and willing to bear my responsibility. But this issue has caused a big havoc. Happen that the affected client was in banking industry. All they seek is reason and proof. Handling them is not easy. A bunch of explanation need to be written properly. Many bosses are involved in handling my mess. It has burned up most of their time in helping me wipe ass. I even spoiling my boss marry mode. He can’t even enjoy his marriage and have to rush back to settle this case. What have I done? Even he don’t intend to blame me, how can I face them in the future? I felt so damn guilty. I can’t do a thing to help. I just ruined others work. I am just as usual, a useless being. Even now, my guilty got no help in anything. I am trying my best to do things. But end up, I just can’t do anything. Even causing the company has to compensate for this mistake. Not only that I didn’t help, I create losses to the company. Have apparently become rubbish in the company. For others who can’t understand the story, this might not be a big deal to them. But for me, this can be my biggest mistake ever made. It will be even better without my help. As I won’t damage further. All I can say is I’m sorry. I don’t mind if you guys blame me as I can't even forgive myself. Just hope this issue going to be settled fast. I can bear no more. What a bad starting of 2013.
