Cannot Play Need For Spped Carbon

The problem is i can't play NFS Carbon. I installed n tried to run it but my pc can only get into NFS Carbon for few seconds and then it gives me an error message. My system is as follows:

1. Proc: P4 2.4C
2. Mobo:MSI 865PE Neo2-V
3. GC:Power Color 9600XT Bravo
4. Hard Disk:Seagete 20GB 5400rpm
5. Corsair 512MB DDR400

I swapped the the gc with my frens'n gc but still can't play the game. I flashed the bios of mobo its latest version, 6.2. Everything is smooth. Can run NFS Underground cleanly with high details. I'm suspecting the mobo or hard disk right now. Could anybody tell me how to solve this problem? To those Neo2-V owners, do tell me the problem ur facing in Carbon..

To anyone who ever have this motherboard please comment.
The problem is..bios read the vcore 1.525v.cpuz also read the same voltage.
However the core center keeps prompting that the vcore exceeding warning zone that is 1.615v.So, what should i do?U guys think if i update the bios,the problem will be solved?
Please give me suggestion or share something..
