Overvalue Sellers

Anyone here can share some issues on subsale overvalue sellers? What is your negotiation method to get owner to sell at better market pricing?

I got a friend who want to buy at less than 200k but need to put up 60k as frontal, due to overvaluation. Overall process he been through was just a waste of time. Especially Agents who is also wrong in listing the place for owners. Well just like agents/owner will say, you want to live here pay the price or go live somewhere else.

Well Any of your suggestions and opinions are most welcome here.

WTA Need help to dispute GPRS charges with DIGI.

Everyone, I need help on how to dispute the charges by DIGI for my GPRS charges. I am using iphone and the thing is I always connect to WIFI and unknowingly it is also connecting to GPRS DIGI hence kena charge, guess was late to find out but I think DIGI could have taken about 1k from me.

F DIGI betul, please LYN forumers, please guide me on how to make a dispute for me to successfully get back my ripped GPRS charges back. Now i have turn off GPRS and also false input GPRS settings hoping it would not recognise DIGI gprs. relief.

All your help is welcome and in great appreciation.
