Hello there, I have a 4 year old daughter and a 3 year old son. I am looking for a good Pre-School/Kindergarten in KL that offers a good foundation for kids with reasonable prices. The kindy I'm sending now isn't showing any effort or improvement. Your recommendations are much appreciated, thank you.

Hello there,i am 15 and a male,i have these large areola around my nipples,first i thought it was something to do with my moobs,aka man boobs.Then i have been researching amd found out it has nothing to do with fat,most people who have moobs like me dun have areolas that big,i am really worried,any help?Thx in advance.

Hello there,i am 15 and have taken my losing weight thing serious now.I have a gym membership and am sure of what kind of exersices to do.The only problem is my diet,as they say it's only 30% of ur exercise and the other 70% is ur diet.So here's my breakfast plan Oats Meal with banana,but what about my lunch and dinner?not sure about that,so need ur help,the between snack am gonna be taking fruits and drink alot of dextox water(lemon water) and normal water.Hope you guys can help me out here,thx in advance

Hello there,I'm 15 and my gold is to Dunk,yes basketball dunk and my first step for reaching my gold is losing weight.Yes,i have a excess to the gym,yes i am doing cardio,but the only problem is my diet.I guess you all know what they sell in the school canteen right?Nasi lemak,roti canai,fried rice etc.I know u guys are going to ask me to make my own food and bring it to school,but as you can see making a healthy sandwich to school is quiet expensive.When i talked to my parents about it,they replied "Do u want to become a bodybuilder or something?Just exercise anf you'll lose weight".It will work,but i don't have that much time in my hands,I have 2 months to lose weight and the other months am gonna focusing on basketball,so ya,I really need ur help guys,thx.
