Door beam quite easy, can finish 20 minutes without using any tools. But for dashboard strongly recommended to get the car shop sifu to stick it for you. I having difficulty to handle the curve and slope area, which ended up with a lot of wrinkle due to poor skill and no heat gun.

- preferably mechanical engineer with 5 years working experience & above
- solid understanding on 3 Phase power supply is a must
- can read basic schematic diagram
- basic understanding on Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens control system PLC will be an added advantage.
- familiar with pneumatic system is a plus point [SMC, FESTO ETC]
- basic understanding on power supply, single phase & 3 phase. as in knowing how to connect the incoming power supply cable onto machine's PSU
- know how to use multi meter, ampere meter

- the candidate should be highly independent, able to work with minimal supervision and instruction. self starter in short
- 70-90% time spend within KL/Selangor. 10-20% outstation depending on machine breakdown, can be once in blue moon or take place very frequent.
- good communicator, since the job required to communicate closely with technical expert from europe, america & asia when it comes to troubleshooting. [only for some highly sophisticated issue]

For this position, there is a few scenario when it comes to work

- 70-90% of the time stay in office [meaning you are very good at your traits, solve all issue and hence no machine down]

- 70-90% of the time at customer site [you have done a poor job the machine is down most of the time]

- 70-90% of the time at customer site [you have done a great job, machine up and running, no complaint. but you are not a office guy and would rather spend your day at customer place to rapport/mingle with the operator or production people. it is fine with the company]

NOTE: Oversea training will be provided during the initial stage. Most likely within SEA. Once in blue moon might need to travel 2-3 days within SEA to support other country, happens once a year or once in 2 years.
