this is the thread involved..

http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=604480&hl=

seller details,
Temporarily Removed since seller is responding to the dispute. - VK

started off on January 4th, i PM him to tell him i interested in his ipod touch.. and i request for pics but he fail to provide as he say camera with his wife who went on a trip and will only be back on Jan 8th.. so i wanted wait it out.. and later when i went back to him again, he said he told me he sold it to razman03(LYN user too), so i said fine.. then he told me he got one more set from his friend.. haven't opened yet.. wanted to sell at RM900 too.. and he wanted me to bank in on that sunday(jan 6) but i said i can't as i wanted to see proof first.. so he said his friend urgent sale la and try to push me to bank in on that day.. then later he call me back and told me he bought the unit from him already and will sell to me.. so i say ok.. provide pics, then upon further investigation on my side of his past dealings and posts.. i found that there was nothing suspicious about him.. i even contacted razman03 and he said he bank in the money purely based on trust.. so i did too..

and on tuesday afternoon, the money was banked in into his account.. and he said that he couldn't send on that day as it was late already.. he says he'll send it on wednesday morning thru Nationwide express.. but did not come thru.. he says thursday was a holiday(awal muharam 10th jan) and he didn't want the parcel to be left with them so long.. so after that he say he post on friday.. then on friday he call me and say that friday and saturday is a weekend holiday at kuala terrenganu.. and that time i tulan already.. so he say he will send on sunday.. then on sunday he got the balls to call me and say that he still on holiday and couldn't send on that day.. and will do so on monday 14th jan.. which is yesterday.. so he says that he will ask his office boy to send the parcel.. and told me that it was done during afternoon time..

this morning he call me and tells me that he has to refund the money to me cuz apparently his office boy did not send it and is no where to be found.. dunno runaway with the ipod or what.. and he tells me he'll only be able to refund back to me and razman03 on thursday.. why ? cuz he already used the money we bank in to him to buy something else..

some things to clarify.. the money is actually my friends one.. and i help to buy on my friends behalf.. and is now chasing me and feels angry cuz feels cheated.. rogerwee provided me with a tracking number that i've trie to track everyday when he says he send but at the end of the day he tell me can't send or some excuse..

so now this thread is created for everyone to take note of this irresponsible seller.. and for him to see clearly his actions so far.. i've demanded the money to be banked in today.. but he insists that he can't as he can't make it.. no money whatsoever... and i'm now stuck with my friens scolding me..

my tears rolled down watching this..

sorry if it's a repost but i had to share this.. gives the word dedication and love a whole new meaning..

for those who don't know the team hoyt. i came across this article and there's a lot of video bout it in youtube.com

[From Sports Illustrated, By Rick Reilly]

I try to be a good father. Give my kids mulligans. Work nights to pay
for their text messaging. Take them to swimsuit shoots.
Compared with d*** Hoyt, I fail.

Eighty-five times he's pushed his disabled son, Rick, 26.2 miles in
marathons. Eight times he's not only pushed him 26.2 miles in a
wheelchair but also towed him 2.4 miles in a dinghy while swimming and
pedaled him 112 miles in a seat on the handlebars--all in the same day.
d***'s also pulled him cross-country skiing, taken him on his back
mountain climbing and once hauled him across the U.S. on a bike. Makes
taking your son bowling look a little lame, right?

And what has Rick done for his father? Not much--except save his life.

This love story began in Winchester, Mass., 43 years ago, when Rick
was strangled by the umbilical cord during birth, leaving him
brain-damaged and unable to control his limbs.
``He'll be a vegetable the rest of his life;'' d*** says doctors told
him and his wife, Judy, when Rick was nine months old. ``Put him in an
institution'

But the Hoyts weren't buying it. They noticed the way Rick's eyes
followed them around the room. When Rick was 11 they took him to the
engineering department at Tufts University and asked if there was
anything to help the boy communicate. ``No way,'' d*** says he was
told. ``There's nothing going on in his brain'

"Tell him a joke,'' d*** countered. They did. Rick laughed. Turns out
a lot was going on in his brain.

Rigged up with a computer that allowed him to control the cursor by
touching a switch with the side of his head, Rick was finally able to
communicate. First words? ``Go Bruins!'' And after a high school
classmate was paralyzed in an accident and the school organized a
charity run for him, Rick pecked out, ``Dad, I want to do that.''
Yeah, right. How was d***, a self-described ``porker'' who never ran
more than a mile at a time, going to push his son five miles? Still,
he tried. ``Then it was me who was handicapped,'' d*** says. ``I was
sore for two weeks.''

That day changed Rick's life. ``Dad,'' he typed, ``when we were
running, it felt like I wasn't disabled anymore!''

And that sentence changed d***'s life. He became obsessed with giving
Rick that feeling as often as he could. He got into such hard-belly shape that he and Rick were ready to try the 1979 Boston Marathon.
``No way,'' d*** was told by a race official. The Hoyts weren't quite
a single runner, and they weren't quite a wheelchair competitor. For a
few years d*** and Rick just joined the massive field and ran anyway,
then they found a way to get into the race officially: In 1983 they
ran another marathon so fast they made the qualifying time for Boston
the following year.

Then somebody said, ``Hey, d***, why not a triathlon?''

How's a guy who never learned to swim and hadn't ridden a bike since
he was six going to haul his 110-pound kid through a triathlon? Still,
d*** tried.

Now they've done 212 triathlons, including four grueling 15-hour
Ironmans in Hawaii. It must be a buzzkill to be a 25-year-old stud
getting passed by an old guy towing a grown man in a dinghy, don't you
think?

Hey, d***, why not see how you'd do on your own? ``No way,'' he says.
d*** does it purely for ``the awesome feeling'' he gets seeing Rick
with a cantaloupe smile as they run, swim and ride together.

This year, at ages 65 and 43, d*** and Rick finished their 24th Boston
Marathon, in 5,083rd place out of more than 20,000 starters. Their
best time'? Two hours, 40 minutes in 1992--only 35 minutes off the
world record, which, in case you don't keep track of these things,
happens to be held by a guy who was not pushing another man in a
wheelchair at the time.

``No question about it,'' Rick types. ``My dad is the Father of the
Century.''

And d*** got something else out of all this too. Two years ago he had
a mild heart attack during a race. Doctors found that one of his
arteries was 95% clogged. ``If you hadn't been in such great shape,''
one doctor told him, ``you probably would've died 15 years ago.''

So, in a way, d*** and Rick saved each other's life.

Rick, who has his own apartment (he gets home care) and works in
Boston, and d***, retired from the military and living in Holland,
Mass., always find ways to be together. They give speeches around the
country and compete in some backbreaking race every weekend,
including this Father's Day.

That night, Rick will buy his dad dinner, but the thing he really
wants to give him is a gift he can never buy.

``The thing I'd most like,'' Rick types, ``is that my dad sit in the
chair and I push him once.''

Here's the video....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flRvsO8m_KI

there are a few other vids in their account.. take a look at them all..

[addedon]July 12, 2007, 6:30 pm[/addedon]ok the fathers name happens to be DlCK.. so that's y LYN censored them..

it's been sometime now.. my back has been itching for quite sometime now.. no matter how hard i scratch it, no matter how hard i try to ignore it.. it itches.. even till the point where my skin peels off from all the scratching, and u can see traces of blood and red scars all over my back..

it still itches..

and i thought to myself..

"this is no ordinary itch"

"not some itch where u apply ointment or ignore it hoping that it will go away"

"it's definitely something deeper then that"

"and i gotta find me a cure.... or i'll suffer for a loooooooooooong time"

and then! just when i thought all hope was lost, i actually found it!! the cure!!

you see, yesterday was my first day back at the weights.. and it was also my first day at Anabolic gym.. and as i signed up and paid my fees, i couldn't help but feel really exited about it.. with the scent of rubber and steel around me, it was really exhilirating..

as i got to change into my gym attire, THE ITCH came back!! and it was as if my whole back was set on fire!! and i could take it no more.. i ran out of the changing room, ready to grab my stuff and get the hell out!

when it was then that i saw it! it was as if an angel of iron has descended upon it.. there it was sitting in the corner of the gym.. away from all the other common mortals doing their curls and kick backs and what not...

THE C.A.G.E !

i positioned myself in it and very naturally went under the bar.. as the rough metal touched the back of my traps, it was as if i was reunited with a part of me that was lost! and i actually felt that i was... whole again...

all the sudden, i realised something.. the itch.. it was gone!

IT WAS GONE!!

i felt such a relief as a terrible burden just lifted off my back! and with new found strength, i proceeded to squat the weight on my back.. and all of my nostalgic memories came rushing back into my mind!! the feeling of gritting thru a set, the feeling of tightening your core everytime u went down, the feeling of every muscle in your body responding and coming alive to set in motion what has been put to a stop some time ago...

and the thought of telling meself,

"it's either u squat the weight up, or u die under the bar.."

i'm back
