Credit card debt didn't pay for 4 month repayment

Hi,

I have credit card debt 7.3k with a local bank and couldn't manage to pay the minimum repayment for four months because currently have been jobless no income. I have received three to four bank reminder notices asking me to pay my minimum repayment accumulated but i can't pay now. Bank jus called me that they will proceed with legal action. I told them im joblessness for months and no income now can't pay til get salary from job but they said i must pay also the minimum amount.

If they proceed legal, what type of actions from legal side i foresee?

Family member think i got mental issues

Whole family and relatives think im got mental issues and treat me differently like i am crazy weird and odd person.

I told family i gt some social anxiety issues that why im dun talk much and gt panic attack. After that they treat me different.

Hi

Do u all have good parents? since kid, my dad is a alcoholic addict n likes to drink n gambling. He would drink until dun work. When drunken, he pee unexpectedly at coffee shops or anywhere and he sometimes end up use knife want to chop ppl in restaurant or ppl he drink together. When drunk he also will scold ppl n my mum and arguing a lot. And my mum jus let him. Got few times he got violent and want hit my mum. This has happened since i was small kid like 3 yrs old and he still like to drink till drunk until he is 60s. When drunk, as he is oredi 50s to 60s at restaurant wedding dinners, he will kacau those beer gal when they serve beer to him like want tackle her with words while in front my mum n ppl. I argued big time with him oredi quite a few times and i can't forget what he said to me using harsh words. Since then everytime i see him i feel dun like talking to him and we like not much thing to talk jus general stuff. Now i see him also nothing to talk cos i feel hate him. I tried forget what he say but the words from him keep pop up in my head.

When he is not drunk got a few times scolded me like hell cos i wamt watch football at night time while he wan to continue watch his drama series. Got one time i jus forget bring my purse n wanr take back from home when he jus drives out like jus outside my home, he scold me also why so forgetful.

And he always complaints and condemn my mum cooking dish say not tasty enough, use wrong method, told u many times use his way to cook, u always dun follow ppl advice dun accepting critism how to improve n etc, i really sick of him at times and my mum jus let him mostly.

Do any of u got such parent?

how long to wait after negotiate job offer salary

Hi,

I have a job offer which I think the offered salary is not up to my expectation , so I negotiate with the HR to ask for higher salary offer and they say will get back to me after further discussion.

During the interview, they ask me what is my expected salary and I oredi gave them my expected figure and its negotiable. But they din gave me a definite amount they can offer or if they are ok with it or within their budget.

Usually, how long would it take HR to come back with better salary offer ?

How is it like working as IT support in retail

Wondering how is it like working in IT in retail company? Is it stressful and everyday need to support after office hrs no life on weekends and public holidays?

Team building and social events at company

Hi all,

Is it required for employee to join company team building and social events ? I am introverted and everytime with a lot people around and in group especially attention with me doing something with people watching me makes i feel suffocated, stress and kinda anxiety kicks in. Heart also beats very fast like panic after all this events which makes me don't like to join these events.

I just want to do and perform my job at company... really dun like join this kinda events since when I was small kid. I really wan tell my boss about I dont want to join but dunno how to tell him.. later he will think i got mental issue treat me differently. I am Asocial i think.

Recently i applied a job and went fpr the interview. In my jobstreet resume has stated my expect salary while on job application form din ask me to put my current and expected salary, and never been asked my payslip nor interviewer discuss/asked about my salary during interview.

Sp guys do u think I will get hired without discussion of salaries to their side?

Myvi front bumper

Hi all

Recently i just went to ketok shop to blow hot air and push back my myvi front bumper cos its dented, so they took out the bumper and inside front there bhind bumper got two pieces sponge cover which oredi dirty with dust n blackish..

Wondering what is it for the sponges? They said the sponges oredi old n worn out, so they removed the sponges as its not needed or necessary now as oredi old n dusty and like wearing into pieces easily afraid it will sucked into car engin.

intermittent "klok klok" noise when release brake

Hi,

I have this problem after I recently passed through a big bump and hardbraking when driving around 50kmph with Myvi auto.

Since then, after I complete brake at stop (eg. traffic light or stop at corner) and release brake pedal and accelerate to drive, I intermittenly heard somekind of "klok klok" sound from the left side tire area ( i think is rear left). It also intermittently happen when doing turning/cornering after I brake. I wont hear the sound when I release brake but only has 1 to 3 times klok sound when I started to press on accelerator pedal to continue driving. I also will hear the sound sometimes when I press hard on brake pedal to stop car. The noise is not loud (noise level is like klok klok noise when brake caliper pin worn out/loose), it is like knocking sound from the suspension area. When driving, I don't hear any of the sound.

My car just replaced brake caliper pins, absorber mounting, brake pads, disc rotors, rear absorbers and all 4 new tires in last 2 months ago, so all parts quite new still. Done alignment also after I hit the big bump.

I went to mechanic and they tested my car which they said the sound is actually come from the front left side of suspension, not rear side. They jack up my car and checked the absorber mount, absorber and brakes, and it all seems ok , no leaking or bent part. They suspect the sound might be come from front absorber which replacing it will remove the sound. They said there should be no problem and its safe to continue to drive the car without replace the front absorbers. Just the sound will be there still.

Anyone has this issue before or does replacing the front absorber will remove the sound ? I afraid after replace the front absorbers, the problem is still there...

weird sound coming from car rear

Hi all,

Last week I just replaced my car 4 tires to new ones. After that, when I accelerate between 80kmph to 100kmph, I get off and on and intermittently tiny (small) and short "cik ---- cik" sound from rear of my car. The sound is not continously, it is like after 5 - 10 seconds once or twice.Not sure it comes from the rear tires area but it is from the back. It is normal when drive below 80kmph. Before change tires, it is ok and dun have this sound.

Wondering any bros here got experienced this kinda issue before when replaced new tires ? Or you may tell me what is the cause of the sound?

Hi all,

I have this situation here, I just accepted a job offer but this job offer is not the job that I really want to work in long term, but as i am looking for a job now, I cannot really choose. At the same time, I also got another interview with another company which I more prefer to work long term and more benefits, which I confirmed appointment before I accept this offer. Since now I have this new job, I cannot attend the interview at the scheduled time but I really interested with that job.

So any idea how to tackle this so that I can attend that interview without letting this interviewer company know that I have oredi accept new job and now interview with them also?

What to write for Reason to leave job

Hi

In every job application forms, there is a employment history section that need to list out recent 10 years or all employment history. Next to each employment, we need to put the reason to leave company. The reason we shall put as why we actually resign such as limited room for career growth or looking for career growth ? or let say job not challenge oredi, should put as job was not challenging or seek for new challenge ?

Or let say found new job oredi, should put as found new job opportunity or real reason to resign?

Hi,

Want to ask if those employer that employ professional background check services from third party agent, can they check and verify all your employment histories since you first started work ? Can they find out if candidate has omitted an employment history from their application ?
