Dilemma in choosing University, KDU or UCSI.

I am having dilemma in choosing between Universities, Whether going to UCSI or KDU. I am taking Degree Marketing course. Ok first, KDU offers me to enter year2 straight as i am going up from my Diploma in Business management while UCSI offers only 11 subjects exemption, Which means i will need to take about 3-4 more subjects If i go to UCSI. School fee wise, KDU will be definately cheaper as less subjects is taken and i can graduate earlier. But however, For the accomodation, It seems that KDU's choice is lesser n less valuable, KDU's Teratai court(Doesnt have lift i heard) seems awful to me with that price(anyone been there kindly drop comment) Student house i heard is as awful too, And its hard to look for rooms too(kinda full already, might have to wait for ppl to move out). If i go to UCSI , I can stay in Angkasa condo and its very convenient for student to walk to school , or going for meals (both only 5 minutes walking distance, and plenty of rooms to choose from, Someone clarify?) and its price only range from 400-600 with better facilities. ( swimming pools those).

Ok now the problem, In term of Facilities, Quality, Environment. How's KDU Vs UCSI? and also, Which is better area for a student who doesnt have transport if he sometimes might want to hang out, KDU (Damansara Area) or UCSI (Cheras area).

Any input are appreciated. Thanks !
