Dilemma Between 2 Cars- Help

Hi guys,

I got a very small window to buy new car, but its Happening! super excited!
But I also got HUGE DILEMMA between HRV & Mazda CX5..

I've been talking to few of my friends about this 2 cars..
I need your recommendation and advice.. down-sizing abit..

HRV max spec is RM121K +- while CX 5 at RM144K +-.

I test-drive HRV, not with Mazda yet..

Read quite a few post and still stucked.

HRV got better resell-value in the future, while Mazda not really..

I want something sleek, classy look, and abit power ..

Do share your opinion..

Hi guys..

One of my friend approach for property investment.

So, what he share with me today is quite New for me.. and Want to ask you guys opinion.

It's a new development in USJ1. No information is confirmed except for the development is confirmed.

It's not even soft-launched yet.

Here's what he said to me about the scheme that they have.

Scheme 1:
Invest RM10,000 and you'll get Buyer Discounts Only.

Scheme 2:
Invest RM15,000 and you'll get 35% ROI after 3 years.

Scheme 3:
Invest RM30,000 and you'll get 70% ROI after 3 years.

I understand the facts that property prices will definitely shoot up even from the start.

What he got for me..
Rough information that Developer haven't finalize is about RM 400 psf.
Unit size ranged from 600 sf to 1,200 sf.
Lease-Hold

-Carpark
-DIBS
-Selling Price
-Bank Panel
-Lawyer Panel
