Roof and external wall leaking & cracking problems

My office is having a roof leaking (metal roofing) and external wall cracking on 2nd floor (top floor).
This is a 3 storey building: Ground Floor --- 1st Floor --- 2nd Floor (top floor).

I suspect the water (rain) comes in from the long line of crack on the external wall.

Please notice the internal wall leaking area is about 1 feet above the window; and also the external wall crack
line is about 1 feet above the window.

Another leaking possibility is the leakage of the joint area in between the metal roofing and roof cement
wall. I am not sure where is the water coming in since I cannot go up to the top roof and check it out.

What do you think of this problem? Do you think water comes in from the external wall crack? Or top roof
is broken?

Can use good quality water proof paint to brush on internal wall to solve this water leaking problem?

Can recommend any reliable repair roof specialist in Cheras or KL?
Please leave phone number here or PM me.

I heard there more more than 60% of roof repairmen do not do their jobs correctly.

Thanks
