Issue with Bloggger pagination

Hi,

Is there anyone know about Blogger's template pagination?

My blog: http://huislaw.blogspot.com/

After I changed my template, I notice my pagination is not working properly.
If you click on page 2, the posts showing are not for page 2. It skipped a few posts.
How can I fix this?
