Planning to open a new office in klang valley area for the small business, around 10 staff.
Now the office in renovation process, yet i still looking for the best package / telco for 1 phone line + 1 fax line + internet 1mbps.
would like to minimised the overhead because still new in the business so looking for the cheapest solution.

Details of the complaint : COD with this guy for bold 4, only inform that the touchscreen not working other than that all is working. He said item come with 14 month warranty from brighstar.
Quick search on the net its a common problem for bold 4.
2. when cod with him he change COD location to shah alam at 11.00pm, the place quite dark so quite trouble to fully inspect.
item come with capdase silicaon casing, remove it to inspect the keypad and testing some sms ok.
3. Remove battery and check the brighstar sticker no proble. the box also come with full accessories and warranty card.
4. pay him and he promise no problem with the phone to send for warranty and he will assist in the process.
5. I left the COD place and go to having a karaoke session with my wife and friend. phone left inside my dashboard because bold 4 quite heavy.
6. around 4 am, going back to my home and start to fully inspect the phone. When i get the phone from the dashboard the screen dissintergrated by itself. it shown in below pic:-

i pm him and sms him directly asking for refund but no reply. I warn him already still no action from him so i post in here.
- he should tell me in the first place that the phone already been repair by him. The clean cut on the digitizer ribbon shown that this seller try to remove the digitizer without doing research where the ribbon is. He also fail to inform me that the keypad also had been modified due to a lot of scratch at the bottom panel. They letter "U,I and back " also no longer have tactile feedback. I suspect he try to change it to the white casing. I know because i ve been modified my bold 1 and bold 2 but i did search the youtube 1st how to diy.

My resolution to be fair: he send back the phone for warranty and i willing to pay market price which is 1500.
or he lower the price to 800!!! cost for repair this at brighstar will be bear by me. If not he will be in my blacklist and i'll try my best to ruin his reputation.

hi all,
help to to decide which one suit for me, for info i'm in early 30's, i test drive both and actually i already put booking deposit on the civic, just today i test drive M3 and now i already confuse. I list out the pro and cons below, feel free to add more.

civic :
+ slightly bigger
+ engine more lively, cruising with low rpm on highway, good FC maybe
+ slightly cheaper
+ higher re-sale value
- steering very light, not really confident taking corner
- dashboard like a toy
- average goodies
- it is CKD
- no stock.. and my SA keep delaying now ETA august

mazda :
- slightly smaller, but normally i drive alone
- engine power lower than civic but i dont have a chance to test drive at highway, no idea about FC
- 3-4k more expensive
- no re-sale value (not T&H)
+ good steering and chasis.. good suspension.
+ nice dashboard
+ a lot of goodies
+ its CBU
+ ready stock

any idea where i can find the fuel tank cap for toyota hilux?? early this morning i forget to put it back after filling the gas at PLUS gas station. Maybe i was too sleepy that time around 3.00 am.
Does spare part shop sell this item? i know i can find it in toyota SC but for sure it'll costly.

celcom + streamyx combine

just wanna as question,

here's my situation,

my office streamyx 2MB line really suck downloading bittorrent never reach 10kb/s, but surfing internet really fast and latency very low, but when i need to use bittorent i switch to my celcom modem where i can max the download to 50kb/s.
SO i need to know wether i can combine both internet line in same time, downloading torrent use celcom and surfing/gaming using streamyx. whenever i connected to celcom my streamyx will automatically disconnect.

so any idea??? or i ever heard something like 'teaming' 2~3 year ago where u can combine 2 streamyx line into 1 faster line.

Start business with RM30k only

after saving my hard earn money by working for this past few years i planned to start my own business.
any suggestion what business shall i venture with this 30k. i know this is a small amount to start but at least i try.

prefer a passive income - i still need to work to cover other expenses.
expected profit permonth - around 1~2k.

firstly planning to open a cybercafe but i dont think my saving is enough to start with. i dont want to make any bank loan coz i think its to risky. i earn around 6~8k per month and i can chop another 2k/month to rolling the business.

after some advice from below i list down my option.

1- -DELETED- FAIL
2- Just invest to the ASB/ASW and wait for the return.
3- i also own around 4acre of empty land space and planned to start agriculture project. (kampung area).
4- open a laundry service. (roughly how much needed to start ??)

i've strong background in mech. engineering (O&G) with 8year experience. But i'm already bored working in this field. planning to retire in 2-3 year.
somehow i also interest in computer, late few years ago i have my own cybercafe + computer servicing centre in shah alam. So basically i have some experience in it.
agriculture experience= zeroooo

the story is like this..

8 year ago i become a guarantor for my friend to buy a car, and after everything is clear i'm moving to sarawak working there for 5 years,
last year i'm back to semenanjung and planning to buy a house and new car and just realise my name already blacklisted because my friend car kena tarik!
because this guy dont have a good and stable job to clear the loan and i dont want to waste my time chasing him to pay the loan, pls advise me if there s other thing i can do. the outstanding amount is rm 12k. and i have a few option to do.

1. just pay the bank the outstanding amount. (my friend advised not to do so because he facing the same problem even after pay the amount his name still blacklisted).

2. Force him to the court. (pls advise how to do)

3. buy new car by cash (impossible)

pls advise if there is anything i can do to clear my name, thanks in advance.

i have 1 stick of this ram. still wondering what chip it use. i try it with my friend kn8 ultra and still can prime stable @ 250MHz 2.5,3,3,x but in single channel configuration. can i pair it with other brand and keep it running dual channel?

i already try with another stick of kingmax ddr400 512 but only running in single channel. if i using clockgen istill can play nfsmw at 270mhz cas2.5 but prime not stable la.
