Unsure of future career

Dear forummers,

I had been working for 4 months now. But I seems to have no interest in what I am doing. I have been thinking about quitting my job but I have no idea where my interest lies. I just feel my job is too boring, sitting in the office from 9 to 6 is really not my calling. Handling project managements stuffs that does not utilizing any of my engineering skills make me feel so retarded. However, I'm unsure of what I really like and wanted to pursue as my future career. I wonder if anyone could give some advice on what I should do next. Thanks

Badminton Court

Anyone knows of any available courts for booking on Thursday in PJ area from 5.30 to 8pm. I want to book three courts on Thursday as a seasoned one. It means for a long term period. I been looking around but most courts are already fully booked. Therefore I hope for the generosity of any lowyat forummers for help. Anyone of you here are owners or have ways to let me have three courts for my company? I would really appreciate the help of you guys. Thanks.

Chinese Restaurant

I would like to know any nice chinese restaurant in pj, puchong, usj/subang jaya area. I wanted to find one for my dad's upcoming birthday. I do not wish to go to those overseas, grand imperial or hee loi ton as they are too mainstream. Hope anyone can give suggestion of restaurants on par with those restaurant I mentioned above. The typical chinese restaurant is not preferable for this occasion.

Sudden Change

This is my story about I trying to court this girl, A. Basically I have known A for almost 2 years plus but I only tried to court her a few months ago. We were just chatting on-line in the beginning. After some time, I ask my friend's help and we managed to visit her hometown. So the good thing was our relationship got closer there. After that, I decided to ask her out as I promised to help her on something. Upon getting her things done, we went for a drink and chatted for hours. Everything was going fine and smoothly. We chat on daily basis for the past one month.

I did drop hints about me having feelings for her and it seems to me she did not back down or show any signs of rejection. She told me not too treat her too good because she will bully me. She also mentioned that I will not afford not to treat her well. She even ask me if I get jealous if she teaches other guys piano. She even asked for the both of us to take a selfie and share it to her. All seems very positive at that point.

However, for the past two weeks things seem to have changed to a different level. I came back to my hometown because it is time my job commence. FYI, I had just graduated and she was someone I knew during our time in uni. Nowadays, she does not respond to my messages and even when she replies it is only of one or two words and at times it takes hours before she replied to me. I am not sure is it because of the distance or for whatever reason she is suddenly being so cold to me. Perhaps I think too much as maybe she treated me just as a friend all the way. Should I move on or seek a clarification. It had been bugging me for days.

P/S: Actually I decided to take the relationship to another level next week as she will be coming back to malaysia from a vacation. I have prepared all the plans for that day but I guess now all is in vain.

Car Battery

After getting a replacement car battery I found the bolt to be too tight. Hence I was not able to add battery water into it. Is there any easy way to loosen the port?

Astro

For the past one month, I could not receive astro's signal from 7am to around 7pm. So I decided to call the customer service and ask for clarification. The following day, they send a technician and he confirmed to my brother that the tree in front of the house is blocking the signal from reaching the antenna. I am living in a flat btw. My brother requested him to shift the astro receiver higher or move it to the back but he refused. He said the only way is to chop off the tree. But since a few other owners had the antenna at the back, my bro ask him why others could do it, he declined to comment. So may I know if /k tards know why he is refusing to shift the antenna? Thanks.

Summary:
1. House could not receive signal from astro
2. Technician came and clarify tree is blocking the signal
3. Request to shift the antenna to the back or higher
4. Technician decline
5. Other users installed the antenna at the back, ask why they could
6. Technician refused to comment and promised to come back later

Ayam will be going to Jitra in early February. One of my friend ask me to pick him up in Penang island. I am hesitant as I afraid it might be a big detour to enter penang before heading north to jitra. so I would like to know fro /k tards how much extra time is needed if I drive into Penang. Miracle In Cell No 7

Synopsis:
Lee Yong-gu is a mentally challenged man with the intelligence of a 6-year-old, which is actually the age of his own daughter Ye-sung who is much smarter than her peers. The two of them lead a happy life while Yong-gu makes a living by working as a parking attendant at a local supermarket. But one day, when the police commissioner's young daughter dies in a strange accident, Yong-gu is the one who happens to find her. He is falsely accused and sentenced to death for abduction, sexual assault, and murder of a minor. Ye-sung is sent to a childcare institution and Yong-gu gets imprisoned and assigned to Cell No. 7, the harshest cell in a maximum security prison.
At first, the other inmates in the cell keep their guard against Yong-gu, then realize that there's something not quite right with him. Not understanding his own dire situation, Yong-gu only worries about his daughter. One day, he saves his fellow cellmate, an influential figure in the prison, from an attack by his rival. In return for saving his life, Yong-gu is granted a wish: to see his daughter Ye-sung again. The inmates put their heads together to carry out a daring operation and miraculously succeed in sneaking Ye-sung into Cell No. 7 during a religious event. While the father and daughter rejoice, the others realize it was relatively easy getting her in, but impossible getting her out. After a while, Ye-sung is detected and sent back, but during the time the inmates as well as the prison guards come to realize that Yong-gu was falsely charged. And they all put their heads together to prepare him for his final trial.

This is a really touching movie about the love between a father and his daughter. Hope you all will take some time out to enjoy this beautiful melodrama.

Laptop front page problem

Why all the icons are suddenly missing from my desktop background? What would the problem be? Coz when I search in folder there are still there, jz does no appear on screen.
