Hi all,

[@Lego_Jason] has very kindly handed over this bulk buy to me. Apologies for the delay in updating everyone who has expressed an interest in this.

Currently, I'm thrashing out packing issues with the seller (which affects the final price) which is why there has been a delay in putting out this post.

The purpose of this short post is to inform everyone that the bulk order is still proceeding as intended and that everyone should stay calm.

The first batch of 10 sets of Emerald Night has been fully taken up by:

The supplier has enough stock for a round 2 so if you are keen, please put your name down. The price will be updated in due course and you may withdraw your interest if you are not comfortable with the price. Round 2 will only happen after I receive round 1 items as I have not dealt with this seller before.

As always, I will NOT PROFIT from this bulk order and if anyone thinks that my price high and that you can source for cheaper, by all means do the sourcing yourself !

The price will be determined as follows:
Price = [(Cost x exchange rate) + bank charges + 10% duty + POS Malaysia clearing fee] / number of sets

The price is estimated to be RM955.00 (pending revision after I receive confirmation on the bank charges). This figure has been rounded UP to the nearest RM5 to cover for my fuel and parking to collect the items from Poslaju as well as for COD arrangements. COD will take place in the BHP petrol station in TTDI.

A 50% deposit will be taken from those who are interested and is only refundable if the price exceeds what is quoted. Deposits may be transferred to another person provided the other person agrees to take it up. If the price is reduced due to a more favourable exchange rate or duty not charged, I will revise the price downward accordingly and collect the balance during COD.

Updates 22/06/2013 - Changed bulk order quantity to 10 sets and updated list of names and provided an estimated price. Opening 2nd round of bulk order for 10 more sets.

Updates 24/06/2013 - Added 2 more names to round 2. 5 spots left. Pricing still unconfirmed.

Updates 28/06/2013 - Added 3 names to Round 2. Removed aet's 2 sets as he/she is not contactable (aet - if you read this, please confirm your interest and I'll put you back in Round 1. As a result, 2 names from Round 2 (Mr Shy and Jeffrey) have moved up to Round 1. 4 spots left in Round 2. Supplier has yet to revert. EUR has weakened slightly which is good for all.

Updates 01/07/2013 - aet has confirmed his/her interest in Round 1 so Mr Shy and Jeffrey have been moved back to their original spots in Round 2. Round 2 is now full and closed.

Updates 13/07/2013 - I double counted some names so we now have 2 avaiable spots in Round 2. Seydee has been added to Round 2. The actual set price will be confirmed late next week. Apologies for the delay as the seller was busy.

Updates 14/07/2013 - 2nd last slot in Round 2 taken by vip. 1 slot left

Updates 31/07/2013 - Round 2 full. Pricing for Round 1 has been confirmed.

Updates 06/08/2013 - Due to non-payment, mystique_nw has been moved to Round 2 and Mr Shy bumped up to Round 1

Updates 13/08/2013 - [@mystique_nw] takes my spot in Round 1 and I move to Round 2.

Updates 14/11/2013 - The first batch of 10 sets was shipped in 2 cartons. Only 1 carton containing 4 sets has arrived to date and I was originally planning to wait for the 2nd carton to arrive before working out the costings for all (so that everyone pays the same price). I am sick of waiting for the 2nd carton so I will proceed to release sets from the first carton once I work out the costings. The 2nd carton will have different costings as I do not know the duty amount at this point in time.

[@aet] & [@vip] will take the first 4 sets. The rest, I will contact you to refund your deposits. Costing calculations as follows:

Cost for 4 sets - EUR722.32
Shipping - EUR52.08
Total (4 sets + shipping) - EUR774.40 or MYR3,252.48 (FX rate 4.2)
Duty paid - MYR354.76
Pos Malaysia charges - MYR49.80

Total (4 sets) - MYR3,687.04 or MYR921.76 per set (rounded to MYR922.00)
