Penang Subsale House Renovation Journey

I have purchased one subsale single storey unit for my parents during MCO period Around May 2020.. I have settled the SNP and got my keys at the end of July. In between of May to July, i have engaged with few renovation contractors identified the one suit within my budget and plan..

Basically the unit was more than 20 years old with some good condition such as floor tiles.. but layout, toilet, kitchen, even some of walls are not in good condition.. Somehow i have thought to restructure the layout and expand the living hall area and redo toilet area for hygience purpose.

There are some photos for old looks about the house..

2. Toilet (existing is old and facing kitchen area)
3. Kitchen
4. Layout change for dining area + third room
5. Skim cost of bedroom wall

Hi I'm newly build 1 PC with budget of RM3k

i5-8400, GTX 1050Ti, 8gb 2666mhz RAM, casing, motherboard asus B360M-K and others adapter/PSU/misc..

Right now i feel 8gb RAM is fully utilized and i plan to add 1 more RAM on my motherboard. my motherboard got 2 slot and able to support up to 32gb ram..

However, i plan to add another 16gb RAM and make it to 24gb.. But whether it isnt okay to do so or must be 8gb + 8gb? can i have 8gb + 16gb?

Neighbour made their house like recycle centre

Hi guys, i would like to seek advice from some experts or anyone face this situation before. Actually happened at my parent house. The neighbour are quite old already and has no/lesser income. No child willing take care of them.. so they stay themselves.. from last year onwards, they started to collect newspaper, plastic bottle, cardboard and whatever can be sell to recycle lorry taker.. our house are single storey terrace.. they have gather all the things at their car pouch area which expose out.. that area definitely look messy and dirty.. sometimes the surrounding smell bads until recycle lorry came and collected all the stuffs..

the concern here is about healthy issue and envrionment.. my personal view is these house are serve as staying purposes and we should take care our own house environment.. but this one i feel worse and worse for the condition.. is there any way to solve this out? the neighbour around been tried to advise and asked them to stop already but no luck.. some complaints made by others & there are some summon open to them, but i guess they definitely wont pay it and nothing happen..

any advise?

Condo - Air Cond, Lighting

Hi forumers.. The condo that i bought just obtained CCC recently and key released will start from mid of Nov onwards..

This is my first new first hand home. So i believe i need to do some inspection and claim whatever defects if got with developer.. after that my first plan is to install light, fan and aircond.

This condo do not come with air cond piping.. but air cond point is ready.

i wish to understand the type of air cond i need in term of horsepower for the size of my house.. i not really know how to calculate the size/BU.. so i attached the layout screenshot for u guys as a reference.. my initial thought is to install 2HP inverter air cond in living room and 1HP inverter in master room.. ceiling in each bedroom and 1 in living room (4 fans).. lighting i might just choose for surface LED ceiling light (depending on each lighting point). want to keep cost lower if possible..

10k+- for all of these it isnt sufficient just for light, fans & 2 aircond..
