Infected by Trojan Yigather

I have been use several method to scan it and try to remove it. But still no effect. I use the spybot, Window Defender beta 2, Spyware doctor and symantec client security(SCS). The SCS shown that i have been infected trojan Yigather that alwaz pop up the adv during my surfing. It is terrible. But it cant remove it. Access denied. When the adv pop up it will cause my IE causing problem and said should be close all the window of IE.(iexeplorer.exe terminate). The SCS shown that the trojan file still at c:\Documents and settings\all users\Application data\microsoft\users data.
