UniFi VIP5 download speed issues

Hi, I m from Ipoh and just switched from Streamyx 4Mbps to Unifi VIP5 2 weeks ago. These are a few problems that I have encountered in this 2 weeks:

- Direct Download speed is SLOW (around 100-130kBps, my former Streamyx is even faster than this)
- Torrent Downloads speed is normal (hits speed of around 550+ kBps)
- No lags and buffering problems in YouTube, videos are smooth in even 720p / 1080p.
- Speedtest shows no irregularities.

My only concern here is regarding the direct download speed, why am I not getting the speed which I am paying and supposed to get ??? (I am using a laptop hence connecting thru WiFi, could that be the cause ? But even so I have no problems with Streamyx thru WiFi)

Recommended by someone to ask the sifus here, so will be getting directly to the point : which to buy ?

My main concerns are:
1. The OS, since thr's a considerable amount of gaming & video converting on the laptop (prefers Win7)
2. Core i5-3210M vs Core i5-3317U (compared at the Intel website and found out that the i5-3210M has a higher
clocking speed than the latter, but is it THAT much of a difference ??)
3. Again, GT630M vs GT640M LE (Again, is it THAT much of a difference ?? and whats the difference between
GT640M LE with a GT640M without the "LE")
4. Would u rather choose CPU performance of Acer ?? OR GPU performance of Dell ??

Hence, I would highly appreciate it if any Sifus can explain to me about the difference in performance (particularly point 2 & 3 & 4) and which would be a better choice OR is there really no difference between those 2 laptops.

Hi, fairly new here and also not sure if this is the right place, but will gladly appreciate it if someone could answer my questions...
I am getting a laptop now to prepare myself for Uni life, and I am having trouble choosing between 2 laptops...

So you see, my problem now is I prefer to have a laptop which is running on Win7 (better stability for games) , but the Dell laptop provides a little better Graphic Card (I'm a moderate gamer, so the ability to perform some moderate gaming in the laptop is a must) , will be upgrading the RAM to 8GB regardless of which laptop I get, and I heard that the Intel core i5-3210M is better than the i5-3317U.

Hence, will appreciate it if someone can tell me which is the better choice in terms of price and performance... and also d service (warranty..etc)
