How to backup BB 9860

Hi,

All I want is to move my sms/phone num to mu computer. I keep a lot of useful contacts there.

I have it backed up using BB software and it's .ipd. Useless so far as I can tell.

How can I convert the .ipd files into a type of file that Outlook, or any other program, can read?
