Whats the best/proper way to charge a laptop batt?

Im a desktop user, but just bought a laptop for work purpose (newbie in laptop). And yea, as the title above, whats the proper way to charge a laptop battery?
I mean if u keep plugged the charger whole day and it stay 100% all the time for 8hours straight and it will definitely damage the battery right and maybe the lifespan of the battery itself.
Any advice is definitely welcome and thank you in advance.
PS: my laptop model is Asus E402B-AGA132T (vivobook)

Sinus & Acne

Hi, ive been suffering for acne for few year already. Getting better but then acne keep appear from time to time. Im not sure if i have a sinus or not but in a week, i'll get flu for atleast 3times. i heard ppl said that curing sinus can cure my acne problem? how true is this? need opinion on this. ty.

As title above. I have this problem foe quite sometime and im 20+ years old stil young. I have this problem whenever i poop and use tissue to clean n theres blood on the tissue. Use water to clean n it pain abit.. So yeah, any clue why is this happen to me and how to cure this without go see any doctor? is its because of my eating habit? Nid help. Suffering from.this.

Learning Japanese language in Local U

Hi there, as per topic title above. So my main question is, is it easy to learn Japanese Language at local U? Or perhaps learn and pass the Japanese class. FYI, im very new in this language and quite interested to learn Japanese. I cant read or write Chinese / Mandarin language as well. So yea, is it okay for me to take Japanese class? becos as i heard from ppl, they said Japanese is extremely hard. And ofcourse i do understand abit of Japanese word lol, understand becos of watching too much animes.. Need opinion from ppls thanks!

How to get rid of smelly nose?

As per topic stated above, i wonder how to get rid of smelly nose? I mean not the nose, but inside the nose. There's no any nose shit or whatever it is, but its still kind of smelly. I can even smell the smelly thingy myself, im not sure if other ppl can smell my smelly nose or not since no one ever tell or complain about to me, but im sure i can smell it..

So any solution for this?

Earwax blockage and bleed.

So yea, as the title above, my for 3days already my left ear was bleed and got some ear wax bloackage. Went to local doctor already, and he gave me the eardrops soluwax. Been using it for 1day already and realized that my ear still bleed. My question is, if my ear still bleed abit, and applied the soluwax, what should i do after that? should clean it myself? or just leave it as it is, because after applying the soluwax the blockage is even worse now, temporary deaf now >.< so guys, any idea? after apply the soluwax for 5minutes should i clean it or just leave it? getttin annoyed by this blockage.

Hi there, I would like to ask more about JPA and SPA hope there's people who know about this and will share it. I am a student with JPA scholarship, graduated about 10months alr, got called for an interview for SPA which i applied it. i would like to know that if i got call for an interview SPA and with a scholarship from JPA whats the rate for gettin the job? i mean, even if i got contract with JPA need work for 5years for them, is theres a chance i will not get the job even already interview?
