Other than Petronas that give super best medical benefits which cover pregnancy etc.
Do you know other company that also give those kind of benefits? Regardless any hospital.

waiver of notice period

Hi, I'll attend the interview with one of the largest bank in Malaysia. Currently im still working and if I want to leave got 3 months' notice to serve.

What should I say during the interview about this 3 months thing? Is it possible if I say 'will ask for waiver of notice period'
eventho nobody in current company success to get the waiver?

Any other suggestion?

Hi, i got an offer from IBM and also Public Bank Berhad. Different job scope. Which one should be the best to choose (in term of experience gain and benefit etc.)?

p/s:Currently I am working with chinaman company, plus minus almost 1 year already
