Possible to get a good job in Shanghai?

Hi everyone here, I am a fresh graduates 2013 currently working as sales which I believe doesn't have anything can be written in my resume.
Does anyone here has experience working in China especially ShangHai?

I have some China friends but as i know they are only getting like RMB3000-5000 per month although they are degree holder too.

I am currently thinking to work in ShangHai to get more exposure and hopefully get a bright future job as my family do not seem to agree with me working overseas.

Any Sifus here please advise me.

I always hear people saying the house size either in square feet (eg 20 X 70 )or square meter (eg 850m² ).

But how do we which do not familiar with those numbers to get the rough idea of how big or small is the house?

Is there a standard for different types of houses?
