Basically,there will be an amount of money coming to me every month. lets just say every 15th of every month ill get the money by cheque. Should i open a SDN. BHD. or just Enterprise will do it.

Lets just say it is 10k every month.

And at the end of year when declare to LHDN which one i dont need or need to pay less to LHDN? SDN BHD or Enterpeise?

Recently ive been experiencing my current web hosting company sucks on their customer service.
Called them like the whole day but still no answer. Its really frustrating to have a service like this.

So now im planning to change my hosting to another company.

1. What should i know about when i want to change to another company.

2. When will the current webhosting company will know about it?

3. can we know what company is really hosting my website? ( i have the feeling that the current company is not hosting it.)

I had an accident this morning, my car slides towards the divider and bang it. luckily i didnt bang anyone else. So, now I have to change my both lights, both fender and my hood. BTW its a MYVI . I have roadtax and insurance. I insured my car for 20k only, which im supposed to insured it for 35k. Can i claim from my insurance? or do i have to pay first to the workshop in order for them to fix the car first, and then the insurance company will pay after. It seems like i have to pay first, is it true that you have to pay first?

i was driving and suddenly a car hit me on the right side my car at the both door (literally he came like right on my right and smashed my car and he knew it was his fault), he ran away right after he hit my car...i chased him and eventually after 8 minutes of chasing like paul walker chasing the bad guys in fast and furious he cant go anywhere. he met a dead end road..so he came out and apologize....and now i get to know that he is 20 yrs old and had no driving license. As usual i cant do a police report or do insurance claim because he doesnt have a driving license. So deal after deal he said that his boss will pay for the incident (currently his boss is in Sabah, will be back on thursday). So i contacted his boss through SMS because it was 2am, he replied saying that he will meet me. So to be safe i took this 20 yrs old ic(original) and he gave me because he was shocked i guess...and i went home. so i was thinking can this 20yrs old and his boss lie or give any reason not to pay me since i didnt do any police report. And for your info my road tax is dead like a week, thats another reason i cant do a police report and the guy who hit my car doesnt know this..what will you do if youre on my situation?

what would you do if you know the person who rented your place (usually apartment/ condo) sub the rooms of your unit. let's say, you gave the person to rent for 1k and the person rent it to another stranger (who didnt sign the rental agreement) master bedroom(600) medium room(500) small room(400)....he made 500 easily just like that. and the best part the person who rent the place (sign the rental agreement) is not staying there. What would you do?

I want to buy a property that will cost Rm 176000. A bank approved my loan, monthly installment is Rm722 for 35 years with no lock in period. They said its a special case for me so they gave 4.3%..what do you guys think? Should I proceed or not? Why I have this so called special case since I'm not with the government or working with some big shot company, I'm just a regular guy, an average joe I guess.hahaha....what are the concern I have to be aware with this so called special case?

1. I'm going to buy a low cost apartment (mentari court). The owner wants to sell it for 160k and im going to do a mark up loan to 175k.
Is it worth buying this place and rent it to people?

2. How much do you usually pay the agent? (the agent wants 5k because he helped me to deal with the owner to do a mark up loan)

Can someone tell me how do i write a Letter of Intent to purchase a property? Can i write the letter or should it be the lawyer? The reason why i have to write the letter is because i want to ask for loan. I dont have the booking receipt. Because the owner wants to sell it below market price. I markup the loan. Anyway, can i write the letter and ask the banker about the loan after that?
