WTA PS3 question

Hi sifus, not sure if this is the correct place to ask but i want to ask about PS3 save file. I ordered ROS UEE version from our trusted PBBseller, i realise mine wasn't R3 as sold, it was R2. So, can i continue the savefile? or i need to convert the savefile into the correct region? any method how? noobie about PS3 stuff,

kinda a waste to start over as i have me and my brother's level 60 in there liao, hope there is a way to transfer savefile to continue the story in the expansion.

i am very new to self build pc desktop, previously just use laptop only for gaming, and it sucks,

anyways, this is what i bought from lowyat viewnet last year around this time (october ish)

CPU : AMD AM3+ FX 64 X6 6100 3.3 GHz
MoBo: GA-970- DS3
RAM: Kingston desktop ddr3 hyper-x twins 8GB PC1600 CL9
HDD: WD Caviar blue 1TB 7200 RPM 64 MB
CD : Liteon optical drive dvd-rw 24x
GFX : Asus VGA PCIE GF GTX 560 1 GB DDR5 256 Bit Direct CU II TOP OC
Casing: CM Casing ATX Storm Enforcer
PSU: CM Power Supply extreme 2 series 625W
cooler : CM cooler CPU Hyper 212 Evo

logitech mouse + keyboard
AOC 20" LED monitor
(these last 2 items were out of budget so i had to squeeze what i could )

Total cost was RM 2990

So, was i CON? i read some of the forum sifus said FX 6100 is terrible?

IF i want to upgrade/swap the parts with very limited student budget, what are my next step? should i upgrade/swap the mobo, cpu or gfx?? any recommendations?
Also, are there any tips on why my FPS is dropping like crazy?
i play Guild wars 2 quite a lot and looking forward to buying FF 14 ARR this weekend or so, will my current set up suffice for now? or i really need an urgent upgrade right now?
i mainly focus on games and less on photoshop and similar video/photo render software ( for classes or recording my game etc)

i hope that all the sifus and experts will help me give some advice
