hello everyone, i am quite new to overclocking and do some reading and watching tutorial about it. i hope you can guide me from here i hope this post discussion will help future new overclocker too

So i just bought a new custom rig with this following spec:

INTEL i7 9700k
GIGABYTE z390 AORUS ELITE
CORSAIR DDR4 XMP VENGEANCE
EVGA SUPERNOVA 750G+ 80 PLUS GOLD 750W
CORSAIR HYDRO H150I PRO

So my current oc is at 1.33 core volt @ 5.1 Ghz with LLC set on high and avx offset 2.

From my understanding is that oc core volt should be safe as long it is withing 1.35v - 1.4v
so i there i set my volt to 1.33v

however during stress test with aida64, the reading for cpu core show reading below:

Cpu Volt
min : 1.272
max : 1.32
avg : 1.287

DIMM
min : 1.356
max :1.380
avg : 1.371

temperature among all core
min: 37
max: 83
avg : 70-72

so from here it looks like everything is seems fine

But i double check with this program called HWMonitor.
the reading show below:

core voltage
VID
current : 1.39 - 1.42
min : 1.383
max : 1.451

temperature:
79 - 84

so from this reading, i am abit worried since it shows the volt over than 1.45v but most of the time i look at the reading is mostly 1.4 and from range of 1.39v to 1.42v

so which reading do i rely on more ?

next question is do i maintain the oc setting this way without worry the cpu will degraded/damaged? or do i set to 5.0 ghz with lower voltage to be more stable and long lasting use ?

i already did the test of voltage at 1.32v and below and it seems the pc just keep crash but at 1.33v the pc seems fine up to now.

Edit 1: just realise 1.32v was not stable during my gaming session but didnt crash during aida64. therefore i had set the voltage to 1.36v and up to date no crash after multiple session of gaming.

Help needed for internet set up issue (UNIFI)

I recently got upgrade to unifi 800 mb turbo package. Here is the catch... I did speed test (wired) and i am only receiving 100mbps only. I thought it was TM side problem so i call them up and did the port resetting on their side and then request their technician to come and solve the issue.

However the technician is able to get download speed of 800mbps by changing the model of my router. Then fine , when i connect back to my PC i am still getting 100mbps. I have checked my network adapter which is Killer E2200 and it is mention that it support gigabit internet. Check all my cable being Cat 5e.

So confuse and lost at this networking stuff with minimal network knowledge. Cant enjoy the speed of 800mbps then i might as well just downgrade it back to 100 mbps and pay a lower price . Any help would be appreciated .

The internet status there keep disconnect every 5-10 min !
The only way to make it connect back is to click the reboot button.
My unifi modem is showing all light indicator working as normal.
Called unifi and they just help me refresh still doesn't work.
This only happen when i play steam games like dota 2 or csgo.
when surfing web normally , nothing happens.

please help me as i am not a networking pro

Review for using 9 Months : This monitor is awesome as you can see in the picture above. The picture colour quality is superb since it is IPS panel. I enjoy the monitor greatly when I play console game such as Witcher 3 as it bring the colour of the game to a whole new level! Sadly I am been playing game like CS or Dota more so I need to upgrade my monitor to 144hz. Overall this monitor screen is really awesome and no regrets getting it

Item(s) conditions: I wouldn't say it is a spoiled speaker as it still have its function to hear sound. I will clearly state that this speaker has a few condition.
1) A few scratches on top of the amplifier.
2) Sometime it will have weird wind sound and "DUUUUUU" sound from the amplifier, no idea why.
3) You need to adjust the cable cord of the speaker to get crystal clear sound from this speaker.

My armageddon A7 speaker produce like weird sound out of sudden.

Used for around 2-3 years?

Even if I do not connect it to the PC and left it on , the sound will appear

It is a very loud sound like "Wuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" or " Buuuuuuuuuuuuuu"

I usually just keep unplug and plug the main power plug to make the noise go away.

Anyone know the real issue about this speaker?

My friend recently gave me his old custom pc (it was build in 2012) and he claim that the custom pc cant turn on anymore.
