Spent more than 10k on mods in within 4 months+. not yet start on performance parts.

Sometimes i go on the highway, some drops of slimy or getah always kena on the fromt windscreen. It looks too clear to be bird poop but not that clear to be water drops. Hard to clean also , like gam like this. wtf. anybody know wats tat?

Handling Improvement

Hi. Im looking to improve my current ride - Vw Polo Hatchback
Im looking to either swap stock spring into Eibach Sport springs or install UR Anti-Roll bar (Stage 1).

Is it true that if i lowered my ride with sport springs already, I have to remove the ARB bars if I were to install the bar first ?

Current ride is on stock goodyear tyre. Installed with UR Stage 2 (front lower bar+ middle lower bar+rear lower bar)- got it cheap from my fren.

I will into PS3 tyre after my current tyre wears off. So changing to UHP tyre now is not an option.

So which of the above options have a more obvious improvement on the handling?

Just finished Masters

Just finished my masters last month. Sent over 100 applications in Jobstreet. Only 1 replied and went for 2 times interview. Passed. Benefits so so only. Basic 3.9k. was lowballed. But considering this is penang, the rate is considered average.

Despite working before, the previous job is not within my expertise, so I am considered fresh grad.

Currently still working part time. (same job while was studying post grad). Managed to discuss with my employer to retain my previous benefits (transport(fuel), network & accommodation) by supporting my previous work while working for my new job.

In short 3.9k with fuel, wifi/phone line, accomodation ( 1 gated house) included. But have to work for two jobs. The second job is very minimal. Just supporting.

Should I just wait for more offers or just accept this?

Currently leaning towards Hankook Ventus. How does this tire fare against the others above?
Both Ventus and Kumho PS31 have very good reviews despite priced competitively.
Priority on handling. pilot sport is abit off stretch for me.

Palm oil Future in Malaysia

Whats the future of palm oil in Malaysia?

Currently holding few % of shares from palm oil business which is passed down from 2 generations already so the % become smaller as it divided to more ppl. The shareholders are from 3 different families (surnames) , which my tongsan great grandfather started with his frens.

Every few months dividend payout is around 5k only (3 times in a year). Basically the dividends have been stagnant for few years already. Should I just sell the shares to the other families? Been asking to sell the lands during the AGM, but few disagreed. Basically the young ones are on my side.
