A deranged woman slit a heavily pregnant mother's throat and cut her unborn baby out of her womb in a sick attempt to pass the child off as her own, police say.
Ashley Wade, 22, allegedly killed Angelikque Sutton and performed a makeshift Cesarean section on her at Wade's apartment in the Bronx, New York.
Wade is then said to have ripped the baby girl from her dead or dying mother's stomach and was found cradling the newborn child - who survived - by her boyfriend.
It is believed that the mentally disturbed woman was trying to snatch Ms Sutton's baby because she had been telling neighbors she was pregnant.
Wade's boyfriend called the police after walking in on his maniacal partner holding the baby next to the body of Ms Sutton, 22, the New York Post reported.
'It looks like the baby was surgically removed,' Bronx councilman Andy King said.
'That this is a possible baby snatch - this is unforeseeable. With the holidays approaching, what a bloody way to start the season.'
The New York Times reported that the baby was found on the hood of the car outside of the property by paramedics.
Police entered the home and found blood smeared over staircases and doorways leading to the body of the mother. A placenta and knife were found in a hallway next to a bathroom.
Ms Sutton and her child were taken to Montefiore Hospital, where the mother was pronounced dead.

Wanna buy a first property

Hi guys, Im a young fella @ 25 y.o hoping to buy a first property.

Currently my financials are clean, no car loan no study loan and not even a credit card.

So I was looking at a studio in selangor around 250k to 300k.

After reading on some websites I understand we need to fork out at least 10% on the total price.

Is it possible to get full100% loan on property with banks? Thing is I dont have much savings and the epf scheme for buying first property is not going to help me as I've only been working for 2 years only. Definitely dont wanna burden my family for the 10% downpayment so is there any other alternatives?

May I know what is the current average interest rates for property loans and which banks have lowest? Havent been following on these market rates before

So there she sat for the nearly two-hour flight. And this good deed would have gone unnoticed, but Ng also posted video and six photos of her in the cockpit on Weibo.

Naturally, her followers shot back, questioning the safety of the airline and why she was allowed to sit in the cockpit. Flight decks of planes have become even more off-limits since heightened security measures were introduced after September 11.

After the backlash, Ng removed the photos. But not before they were circulated on the internet.

"Cathay Pacific permits approved persons under the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department guidelines to apply for the use of the Jump Seat," said a representative for the airline. "Eligible applicants include Cathay Pacific employees and their immediate family members."

According to the South China Morning Post, the Civil Aviation Department has requested that the airline provide an explanation for the incident.

Car paint peeled off

Hi guys my car hood paint has peeled off on its own. Only the hood or bonnet not the whole car. So I was thinking whether to spray the same paint over it or go to a shop and wrap the hood with same color? Does anyone know roughly how much will it cost for respray and wrap just for bonnet? Want to get the cheaper option of both. Any recommended workshop? I stay at pj damansara area.

Last week i gave my laptop to a shop they said my laptop has motherboard problems. Btw can the laptop repair people touch or see my files in my laptop if I dont give them my account password?

Personally I've noticed a few cars been around for a long time but the design still looks very modern and fresh. Some like the gtr and r8 only had minor minor facelift but the design remained the same

So even after so many years these models still looks very nice, designers did a great job. Any other cars? I cant think of any merc or bmw but for the previous gen of 5 series....dunno if can put here or not cuz it's starting to look like a rectangular car.
