Foreign Currency Account with minimal Charges?

Hi Guys,
I've researched few banks on opening a foreign currency account and their charges. Maybank requires a minimum 1000 US$ deposit and per transaction 4$ charge. CIMB website is not conclusive whether they require a minimum deposit to maintain, but their per transcation charge is 2 $. Also checked Citibank, they seem to be the most expensive with 3000 US$ deposit and 10 US$ monthly charge if deposit less than 3000 US$. Anybody other better bank recommendations or views on this? Thanks

Which bank has best online banking services?

Just comparing. So far I have used online banking of HSBC and CIMB and I find CIMB online banking to be superior. It has more services and options offered for e.g, we are able to even open investments such as unit trusts etc. online, whereas hsbc can't. We can only open FD online by HSBC but can't uplift it.

Would love to hear opinions of other banks online banking.
