Dear Folks,

I will be moving/shifting soon to my new place, Puncak Jalil, Selangor. Need recommendation, contacts for good movers. I'm not interested with those movers who have lorries and just carry all the good without wrapping them and all.

I would like to wrap my electric stuffs with bubble wrapper if possible AND most important nice handling of my furnitures and etc.

folding, sliding, open gate - what 2 choose?

just curios folks,

for intermediate house can we install sliding gate?

I'm currently in dilemma what type of gate to choose, any pointers? I'm also fixing "autogate" together with my new gate.

but I like folding gate design, is it more advantages OR more to disadvantages?

car porch landscaping idea

anyone here can share if you have half tile and half grass landscape of your car porch?

I'm not interested to put tiles for the whole front yard, tiles only on the shaded porch and the rest with grass.

what do u think any ideas can share?

Planning to fix alarm in my new house at Puncak Jalil. It's inter DS house. Wet Works still going on and estimate by early March 2013 the wet works will be completed and my contractors will start plastering jobs.

what's the difference between Electric Storage water heater and solar powered water heaters. If there's already a thread on this do apologize me.
1. is cost of the electricity is one of them? Could the electricity cost can be more if it's leave it on always?
2. Other differences to be considered?

Purchasing tiles & mosaics for renovation

Dear ALL,

I just bought a DS 22x70 in Puncak Jalil. Renovation will be starting soon and I'm planning to purchase my own tiles & mosaics. I have notice most of the forumers here talk about Jalan Ipoh is the ideal place to buy these stuffs.

Anyone could recommend a good shop?

I don't like the current default mosaics and Parquets in the house and planning to change everything, replacing Parquets with tiles as well.

btw. is tiles & mosaics are the same?
