Help,potential being scam by Lazaza Seller AZ Tech

Hi, i think being scammed on my recent lazada shopping. Recently brought a Pixel 2XL from a Lazada where claim that the phone is new set with 2 years Google warranty. When the parcel arrived the parcel is the phone box unsealed set, and there is a cut at the buttom and seller said is normal cause it is shipped from US and going through customs.

Ok fine. But i also find out that that the battery is bad so i install AccuBattery from playstore to check, and guess what, the current full battery capacity is at around 50%(1692mah) where new set is around 3520 mah.

So i initiate a return request since the battery if defective. Seller ask me why and i explain it to him. Then the seller ask me to install Battery Doctor to check, if Battery Doctor app said battery health is good, then he will not provide warranty for the battery. He said accubattery app is not accurate. He then said battery doctor app is the most accurate battery measurement app in the playstore with over 100million download. After using battery doctor app it did show the battery health is good. Then i found out at 100% fully charged, it show 3520mah/3520mah(picture @ below) battery capacity, which is not accurate as from what i know each battery is different and not every battery will have the exact same mah as manufacturer claiming.

In the meantime i start to suspect something is not right, so i check carefully check the whole device, the device look new with no scracthes, but one thing caught my eye, there is a dust under my back camera, so is this a not a new set? I try to ask myself. So i inform the seller, and he said it is normal for phone to pickup dust after some time, even for a IP67 dustproof rated pixel 2 xl.

I also start to test Battery Doctor app on my 4 years old Oneplus 2 which the battery is heavy degraded throughout the years and will sometime have huge massive battery drop and turn off itself, but the most "accurate" Battery Doctor app show battery health is good, at 100% charged it show 3300mah/3300mah, wow... thats very "accurate", for a phone that is almost 4 years old which will turn off itselt still hold 3300mah out of 3300mah battery capacity. I try to show that to seller and proof that the app he mention is not accurate but he said i not being fair(ARE U NAJIB?). You confidently said this app is the most accurate app ever, and while i proof it to you it is not you just denied(AGAIN, ARE U NAJIB)

Ok whatever, then i reason with him regarding the camera problem where there is dust under the camera, he ask me to take the device to his technician for them to fix it, because camera is not an internal partlike battery(u serious ), so fixing it wont void the the google warranty. But he will only fix the camera dust problem, the battery he wont change for me. I insists to not let his technician fix since camera is definitely an internal part, so fixing by third party will void the google warranty. He then start to act unprofessionally, ask why i got so many problem, just now battery, and now camera.

Since it state clearly on his product page as New set with 2 years google warranty, so i just want google warranty instead of his technician, as the product page clearly state 1 year local warranty and 2 year google warranty, what if i now let him fix my issue and after one year and there is a problem again, i probably cant claim from google since its fix by third party before.

I start to feel squishy, and try to find a way to check the warranty using the imei. It is hard to check the warranty outside of google support country. But luckily, i managed to check the imei on google official web page My Webpage, it state the phone warranty period end on Feb 2020, and the phone info also show different spec, for the spec i bought, it is a 64gb full black but google website show 64gb black and white version.

So i provide him the proof, guess what, he claim that the website i check is wrong, and there is no website can check. Nahhhh , it clearly is google web page. He still insists nothing wrong with the phone. I ask him to provide the warranty info from google from his side but he refuse.

Since the google warranty is not as advertised on their Lazada product description, i want to return the device as Lazada have this option for return, but he refuse. I'm sad now ...

Now still waiting for Lazada reply regarding issue, but i guess the chance for me to return is slim.

Any senior members got any idea how to not get scammed if you are in this situation?

TLDR
1) Just brought a phone on Lazada
2) Use it for few days found out is defective unit
3) Tried to request return since is defective
4) Seller refuse and said nothing wrong, show him proof he said not being fair to him and in deny mode
5) Me felt squishy and start to check carefully the phone and find out also got dust under camera.
6) Seller said it is normal will provide a fix by him side
7) I refuse to let him fix by his technician, since it has 2 years google warranty as show on his product pages and 1 year local warranty. If fix by him later after 1 year local warranty end, anything happen i will have to send to google but the warranty will probably void since the device is previously fix by third party.
8) Later found out on google repair page show that the phone warranty is only until Feb 2020, which is not a New set and 2 years warranty as mention by seller.
9) Seller still refuse to accept return, now waiting response from lazada.

UPDATE 1:
Lazada approved the return, will drop off the parcel. After the return approved by Lazada, seller just message saying that the phone is EU set. For the reference he already mention many time that the phone is from US previously and i also confirm with him several times before in the chat.

The google website i provide already shown that the phone detail and he still want deny, saying is EU set so info is wrong on US. Nahh Want more proof? Its clearly show that is Verizon set, which mean is a US set. Still want pusing pusing.

I received call from this number two times every day, which started from Monday, and i keep ignoring it coz i thought it is from telemarketer.
So today, as usual, call me once in the morning, then another in the afternoon where I finally can't stand it and pick up the call, guess wat, the line cut off after 5 sec with no sound or voices

MCB, who the heck so free calling people every day then cut off the line when pick up
Or is it really ghost calling since it is chinese ghost month now
