No follow-up for UNIFI relocation reimbursement

Hi Guys,

Below are my story & hope to get good advise from you all:

1. Submited & Approved My home UNIFI relocation form at UNIFI Kajang center on 30th Jan 2018
2. UNIFI technician completed my new home UNIFI relocation on 9th February 2018
3. Checked with UNIFI call center for relocation reimbursement & they say will only get it after 2 billing cycle (which will be on May onwards but I didn't get any till last month)
4. Called UNIFI to raise relocation reimbursement ticket on 8th June 2018 (raised successfully) & no news till today
5. Almost every month getting SMS about TM guy will come to my house for UNIFI installation
6. no-reply@tm.com.my kept sending me email for TM Service Acceptance Form to acknowledge their technician to come my house for UNFI installation

Q1. Is there any other way for me to get my relocation reimbursement? (1 week of $$$)
Q2. If not, is there anyway to complain to MCMC regarding this issue?

I hate waiting from them & hope there's a way to put an end to this.

Charity Event Objective: To donate a gift (aka christmas present)& daily product for Orphanage Home Children. So each charity ticket will cost RM15 per person. Each ticket is equivalent to 1 child present.

A week after the charity event, MBS Studio X'mas Gift & Fun Delivery Team will Deliver the X'mas Gift and Fun (organize x'mas party) to cheers up the children.

What guidelines will u set for new video game console to develop? Like future video game console. Need some facts& ideas, for my project resources, thx!
