My kid has just completed IGCSEs with 4 credits including English and has decided to take a diploma in Mass Communications, focusing on Journalism. We are currently deciding between Taylor's University, INTI College, and IACT, but we don't know which is better. Any input?

Since all kinds of properties prices are sky high within the center of klang valley. those who have limited budgets to invest will search for the right ' place ' and right ' product ' to invest in order to gain the higher rental yield and appreciation .
Commercial shoplot-will they be a RIGHT PRODUCT at outskirt areas like -> Klang , Seremban ,Nilai ,Semenyih or even Senawang to invest in , providing that the prices for the shoplot at this area are still reasonable ?
