Problems after sold a phone to a member here

I've sold a Samsung Note N7000 to a member here recently.
The phone was in ok condition.
Crack and scratches has been informed to him.
His friend came and check the phone inside out.
Placed the battery on the table to check is it flat and clicking those android code for check including the lcd test(infront of me).
His friend agreed and called back to the buyer to double confirm and yes we had a deal.
A day later he whatsapp me and claim that the screen brightness gone bright and color fade.
Previously I've had request Samsung Service Centre about the phone's condition and they replied me there's no problem.
What should i do now?
