Taylor's VS Monash

I've currently completed SAM program under Taylor's College. Now I'm looking to apply for university comparing between Taylor's and Monash.

Taylor's University
Cost - RM91500 excluding scholarship
Course - Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Accounting and Finance
May be able to obtain a scholarship of 8000 per year
Only required to take 5 papers to obtain ACCA cert and 6 papers for CPA cert
Entry requirement - ATAR 65
Time - 3 years

Monash University
Cost - RM114000 (RM38000 per year)(no scholarship)
Course - Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
Required to take 6 papers to obtain ACCA cert and 6 papers for CPA cert
Entry requirement - ATAR 90
Time - 3 years

1. Why is it that Taylor's is called Bachelor of Arts (Hons) while Monash calls it Bachelor of Commerce with no honors?
2. Which is better in terms of recognition based on degree without professional levels?
3. The course by Monash is a new course that has only been run for only 1 year. Is it safe to say that this course is recognised?
4. The extra ACCA paper needed to be taken is the Financial and Management paper (under Monash)
5. Is CPA better or ACCA?
6. Any idea on why the big gap in entry requirements?

New Brand called Sheer Secret. Ever heard of it?

I was walking around Curve and saw this new brand of skin care product called Sheer Secret. Their products are mainly on sheep placenta. I manage to get a sample of theirs. Anyone heard of this brand? I manage to find some reviews but some say its good, some say its bad.
