Is wise use fd money to early settle car loan

Dear all, I plan to settle my car loan early about 2.5 years early. I pay rm1150 each month, estimate rm34,500 for one time settlement. I have fix deposit more than this amount. Is wise to use fd money to settle car loan? I have do calculation, fd return seem higher than car loan one time settlement discount return. Please to advise. Thanks.

When you start and end morning sickness?

Hi all, happy Chinese New Year. I m in week 10 pregnancy. I had nausea last week and this few days throw out at night after meal. I feel uneasy to go though this morning sickness. I keep on tell myself I need to stay with this for another 4 weeks as my gynae told me morning sickness will go at week 14.

Let say soft launch condo is RM400/psf, how to we judge is this property price ok or over-price? I had benchmark other condo at that area, the price also around there. Is this mean that location price at that level then I can go ahead to get a unit?

Hi just want some opinions and experience from anyone regarding condo investment in Bangsar. price range from 450k~650k, size range in 1100sqft~1600sqft

Need advise- which teacher job

Hi, I need some advise before make decision:

1. first job: teaching instructor at learning center. Working time is 43 hours / week, 5.5 days/week with RM2000/ mth
2. second job: Motenssori based kinder garden teacher @ bangsar. Working time is 48 hours / week, 5 days/week with RM1700 / mth. It is provided breakfast, lunch & tea break

I already accept n sign offer letter for first job. I start to work first week of July. While this kindy location very close to my house, only 300 meter away from my house. It is no travelling time, no petrol, no parking fee compare to first job. I really feel dilemma which one to choose.
Please to advise.

How many times you should clear your bowel?

Once a day is good i think, clear the system from toxins everyday, i know some people who do not go for a week.What do you think?
Is bowel training necessary (make it a habit to off load once a day?)
