FAQS
1. How do I know whether it will work with my camera or not?
You can check your camera compatibility here. Usually it will work on cameras from 2008 on wards.

The list provided by Eye-fi is only cameras that have been tested by them, so if your camera is not listed in their list, you can try it first before buying. I had one customer with quite old camera and surprisingly it works.

For camera with CF Adapter slot, usually you will find your camera listed as "Not Compatible". This is due that they've never tried it with the camera + CF adapter.

2. Can I try the card first before buying?
For COD, you can try it first before buying. No for postage, so make sure you checked the compatibility list before buying.

3. How about the card warranty?
Personal warranty provided for 1 month for manufacturer defect ONLY. But as far as I've been doing this business, nobody has ever had problem with the card.

4. What is the main difference between 4GB, 8GB and 16GB?
4GB = JPEG + Video transfer only, Class 6
8GB = JPEG + RAW + Video transfer, Class 6
16GB = JPEG + RAW + Video transfer, Class 10
Mobi version : Transfer to phone only
* If you have no idea which one to choose, just ask me. I'll give my recommendation based on what you need (which is what I usually do).

5. Do you have Eye-fi Mobi?

6. Why do I need to buy Eye-fi?
Reduce the hassle to transfer the picture from camera to phone or laptop. After setup, when you pressed the shutter button, Eye-fi will transfer pictures to your phone automatically, upload to social network site and backup to your PC. No need to worry deleting pictures in the memory card as well. Super convenient, cable-free process and you will look cool among all your friends. Worth the purchase I'd say.

7. Will Eye-fi work with CF Adapter? Will the CF Adapter fit into my camera?
Yes it works (tested myself)! The transfer distance will be reduced to 1~3 meter (5 meter ++ without CF Adapter), and the transfer speed is around 5~10 sec for 10MB pictures (just abit slower compared to normal). There's a hack where you can do to increase the transfer distance and speed, just Google for it (up to you if you want to try, I have few customers who did this). Currently I only have CF Adapter Type II. You can try it first for COD.

8. There's a lot of other Wireless memory card out there. Why Eye-Fi?
Although there are a lot of other Wireless memory card out there (such as Ez Share, Toshiba Flu Card, Sandisk etc), Eye-Fi has the most matured technology compared to other brand. Rich in features, refined software, great support and easy to use. You don't want the app to force close while transferring the picture right? Fail to connect with camera? No can do. I've tried all the cards I've listed and I believe that Eye-fi is the best investment you can do with your money compared to other wireless cards. Believe in me

9. What card that I really need?
As long as you want to transfer to your phone, Connect or Mobi can do the work. Connect is much cheaper and more features so I would really recommend this one, but you need to have PC to be able to install the software on your pc and create your account. Note: Mobi can now transfer to pc.
