I join fitness first about 2 weeks ago. After first week, got 1 woman call me in the morning weekday to talk about personnel trainer. I was busy with my work that time and I ask her can call me after working hour... Some more when I filling the form I choose convenient calling time is after 6 pm. I just wondering, why they provide such question in the form but didn't use it or bother about customer convenience. She say will call me after work.

I wait her call, whole night no call, after that whole week no call. I went to gym and ask about this matter. The reception woman said will arrange for me. And the personal trainer will call me tomorrow. The next day I wait... Nobody call. Before the gym close, weekend they close early, I go to gym again and ask again.. They ask my schedule.. I give them my schedule... After that The first day I put on the schedule already pass and nobody call me to discuss and confirm the time for personnel training.

The problem is they put the condition I have to complete the personnel training, body first within the first 1 month in order to get the refund. But now... They delayed it and look like they don't have enough personnel trainer and ask me to wait the call like a stupid. When ask me to join their package, persuade me...Wah the service look damn good....

Now, from my experience, their service look damn bad and I hate going to gym... I hv 1 year contact with them. I can't terminate the contract... What should I do?
