KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 24): UOA Development Bhd is acquiring a property development company that owns 9.4 acres of freehold land in Sri Petaling, for RM61.06 millio

“The land is expected to be used for mixed development with a residential focus complemented by some commercial elements. The total gross development value is estimated to be RM1 billion,” the group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

UOA Development said it will pay cash from internally-generated funds for the acquisition of Cosmo Housing Development Sdn Bhd.

It added that the acquisition is expected to contribute positively to its earnings when the development of the land commences.

Hi all mummies and daddy , just wondering you will buy those selling at supermarket solid food to your baby ? And there is lot of type of solid like rice , and also some cookie and juice . Which is best for 6months baby ? Or you will make your own solid food ? I got no ideas cause some of my friend told me not to buy from supermarket those have the (powder that can make food last long) i don't what the thing call. And he ask me to do it myself with porridge with carrot . Can we give fruits to baby now ?? W

My LO recently don't sleep well

Hi all mummy and daddy really need your advice. My lo is nearly 5months , and she hard to sleep at the night time. Normally we bring her back from babysitter there about 7pm and she went home can sleep for 1 hour +- but when reach about 1am she will wake up and don't want to sleep until 4am +- only can sleep. This already happen about 2weeks, previous no problem at all to sleep at night. Really want to find out the solution, what can i do?

Hi all father/mother , this is my first baby so a lot of thing that i dono that need you guys to advice. I have the digital thermometer sometimes i feel my bb is hot and take the measure and the degree is about 36.9 but is this consider fever? And i did take my degree is also 36.7 degree. Can anyone tell me how many degree start need to monitor. And what is the next step?

This is my first baby so i am bitt worry and feel like not comfortable to let my baby to babysitter take care. But really no choice both of us is working. Breast Pain After Give Birth After 2weeks

Hi all mother and father, need your advice what if my wife breast is pain. Even after she pump milk she still feel the pain, this just only happen today. Third and Fourth day after give birth she also feel pain but nurse said this is normal cause produce milk. But now is already 2week after she give birth how come breast is pain? Any solution ? Cause i saw her suffer from pain pity her.
