Currently my friend's dad has registered a TM business phone and he would like to switch it as a consumer house phone. Will it be possible?

Staying in 3 storey shop houses. Current business phone is being use in the ground floor shop.
They want to keep the existing number but just want to change from business phone line to consumer (house) phone line.
