hi guys, I have another question from my senior citizen friend who has no computer. His IC was damaged in a flood and he intends to have it replaced. Does he need to bring along photos for his new IC? Can the photo be taken at the NRIC office? Are there any photo booths there?

hi all, I hope this question is in the right place. My friend is a senior citizen. Hi mobile phone is registered in his wife's name. Can he use MySejahtera app despite the fact the phone is not in his name? Does he have to register his phone in his name before he can use MySejahtera? Thanks in advance.

hi all, I am writing this on behalf of my neighbours. Both husband and wife are 75 years old. They are presently living in KL but will move to Taiping soon because it is cheaper to stay there. In Taiping, they hope to rent a house or a room. I have advised them to change their addresses in their IC once they have moved to Taiping but I don't know the procedure. Must they show the JPN the tenancy agreement of the house or room they hope to rent in Taiping? The tenancy agreement must be in both the husband and wife's name or just one name will do? I took a look at their ICs and noted that both of them have not renewed their ICs when they reached 55 years old. Will they be fined for not having renewed their ICs?
