i would like to ask , tis is my gaming rig build. is it good enough ??

i5 3570
asus P8Z77-V
sapphire hd 7850 2gb
Wd 1tb blue
8gb ram 1600
600watt power supply
cm storm enforcer

is tis build good enough ? i use for gaming like crysis and some other high graphic games to max performance
i ask from a shop and they cost me 3050 in ipoh area.
can i get lower than tis price and any advice from u guys
u all are allow to change the spec if better than mine but hopefully my budget is 3k
btw , is it good if lowered to [ i5 3470 ] ?? or juz use xeon ? cause i not using it for overclock

all sifu , i need some guide cause needed to buy a gaming desktop but don noe which is better. hope i got all the suggestion from u guys [PRO]
my budget is around 2.5k ~2.8k without monitor. btw is it good for getting a storm enforcer for my desktop casing ? pls advice thx
