Nexus 7 2013 can't detect Umobile 3G

I bought a Nexus 7 2013 LTE, first i put in a hotlink simcard, it works fine.

Then I change it to umobile sim card, the pad detect the simcard, but can't detect its 3G data connection. then i insert back my hotlink sim, it works fine.

Anyone knows why? Any setting needed to be done?
