            <title>Belly fat and muscle building</title>

            <description>I&amp;#39;m posting to look for workout/exercise to reduce belly fat and muscle growing. I am a regular football player who is 173cm,63kg.&lt;br /&gt;My BMI is normal but I am not satisfy with my body shape..having tummy and its growing bigger.. &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;I also looking for guide to build muscle as I&amp;#39;ve read posts that doing six packs abs workout aint effective..&lt;br /&gt;Fat Burning but not weight losing.&lt;br /&gt;All advice and guidance is welcomed and much appreciated.  &lt;!--emo&amp;:hyper:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxm9.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxm9.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>
